Pune: Mercedes-Benz, the German luxury car maker, on Monday introduced the new C 300 AMG Line priced at Rs.69 lakh at pan India showroom.
The automaker has also introduced new features across the C-Class range and the GLC SUV. The new C 300 AMG Line replaces the C 300d AMG Line in the C-Class lineup. It undercuts the BMW M340i by about Rs.4 lakh.
The C 300 AMG Line is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine paired with a mild-hybrid system and a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
“The top-end C 300 AMG Line offers the right combination of peak performance and luxury features, and its introduction indicates a market shift towards higher-spec petr-ol powertrain. The multiple enhancements in comfort, technology and safety will enhance the appeal of the C-Class and GLC,” said Santosh Iyer, MD and chief executive officer at Mercedes-Benz India.
