Adilabad: As part of the raids being conducted on godowns and houses for the last four days to curb the sale of spurious cotton seeds in the erstwhile Adilabad district, the special task force team comprising police and agriculture officials seized 3.5 quintals of spurious cotton seeds at Dabba village in Chinthalamanepalli mandal of Komaram Bheem Asifabad district on Monday.
The police registered a case against one Chapile Purushotham of Gudem village in Chinthalamanepalli and Bollaboina Ashok of Bhoopalapatnam of Sirpur (T) mandal for a similar offence.
