Telangana’s Economic Climb: Telangana’s continued success was underscored as it retained its top position in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business rankings. The state’s capital, Hyderabad, also earned recognition as the ‘Most Liveable City in India’ by Mercer.
Aviation Policy in Focus: The inauguration highlighted Telangana’s strategic policies in the aviation sector, including a reduction in VAT on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) and significant expansion plans for the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Infrastructure Growth Takes Shape: Telangana’s commitment to enhancing aerial connectivity was evident through plans for new airports and the revival of existing ones. Work has already commenced on the Mamnoor airport in Warangal and the Adilabad airport.

Drone Initiatives and Training Impact: Telangana’s lead in the drone sector was highlighted, emphasizing its own drone policy and collaborations on projects like “Medicine from sky.” The Telangana State Aviation Academy’s role in training pilots and engineers was also acknowledged.
