Raeisi, Qatari Emir stress stopping Israeli war machine

Referring to the unprecedented increase in the Zionist regime’s crimes against Palestinians and the horrific humanitarian situation caused by the blockade of Gaza, the Iranian president stressed the need for the Islamic countries to take a decisive, unified, and clear position in favor of the oppressed people of Palestine.

Considering the support of Western countries, especially the United States, to the Zionist regime as a green light for committing crimes against Palestinians, president Raeisi stressed that the Palestinian nation today, more than ever, needs the effective and serious support of the world and especially the unity of Islamic countries to stop the continuation of the Zionist regime’s war machine in committing crimes and genocide.

Al Thani, for his part, said that the regional countries can stop the war machine of the Zionist regime with their unity.

Emphasizing his country’s position in supporting the rights of the Palestinian nation in self-determination and self-defense, the Emir of Qatar said that the Zionist regime has violated all international rules and humanitarian frameworks and does not shy away from committing any crime.

On October 7, the Palestinian Resistance group Hamas launched its biggest operation against the Israeli regime in years in a surprise attack, dubbed Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, in response to the occupying regime’s intensified crimes against the Palestinian people.

Tel Aviv has also blocked water, food, and electricity to Gaza, plunging the besieged territory into a humanitarian crisis.

The death toll in Gaza since the start of Israeli aggression has reached over 7,400 with more than 20,500 wounded.
