The United States has conducted more acts of aggression against Yemen by launching a new wave of airstrikes across multiple regions in the Arab country, targeting military sites and vital infrastructure.
Yemen’s official Saba news agency, citing a local source speaking on condition of anonymity, reported that airstrikes hit the al-Asayed area in the Kitaf wa al-Boqe’e district of the northwestern Sa’ada province early on Friday.
There were no immediate reports about possible casualties and the extent of damage caused.
The Kahlan area east of the provincial capital city of Sa’ada was also bombed, according to local sources. No casualties were quickly reported.
Yemenis have been hitting Israeli and American targets in support of Palestinians in Gaza since the regime launched its devastating war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, and in response to the American-British aggression on their homeland.
Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance movement has also been targeting ships linked to Israel, the United States, or the United Kingdom to force an end to the Tel Aviv regime’s genocidal war on Gaza.
The operations have effectively shut down the Eilat port south of the occupied territories, causing significant economic setbacks for the Israelis.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have said they will not stop their attacks until Israel’s ground and aerial offensives in Gaza end.
